Oklahoma Couple Wins Four WSOP Circuit Rings at Tulsa Stop

Eric and Lauren Bunch, a married couple from Oklahoma, combined to win four WSOP Circuit rings during the recent 18-event series at Hard Rock Tulsa, according to Card Player. The pair made nine final table appearances across eight different events during the stop.

Eric opened the series with a win in the $400 buy-in event no. 1, topping a field of 220 entrants. He followed that up with a victory in event no. 4, the $400 mini main event, outlasting 895 entries to collect the $46,800 first-place prize. His third ring of the week came in event no. 9, a $400 no-limit hold’em tournament restricted to players 40 and older, good for $27,205.

Lauren picked up her own ring in between her husband’s first two wins, taking down event no. 3, a $400 pot-limit Omaha tournament, for $8,245. It was her third career WSOP Circuit title. She cashed in eight of the 18 events at the Tulsa stop and reached five final tables overall.

Event No. 8 Crossover

The only event where the couple’s runs intersected was event no. 8, the $400 big O tournament, where both reached the final table. Lauren finished fourth and Eric finished seventh, the lone final table neither of them won outright during the series.

Eric’s results in Tulsa pushed his career tournament earnings past $1.9 million, according to Card Player. He has now won four WSOP Circuit rings in 2026 alone, adding to an earlier win in an $1,100 no-limit hold’em event at the Venetian DeepStack Championship series in June. He currently sits 125th in the Card Player Player of the Year standings.

Lauren’s career earnings stand at more than $409,000 following the series. Between them, the Bunches walked away from Hard Rock Tulsa with three cashes from event no. 1’s field alone factored into a run that spanned five total cashes for Eric and eight for Lauren across the full 18-event schedule.
