Full Tilt Poker players to get Full Refund within 90 days
Diamond Flush Poker has written a detailed post on the deal between Poker Stars and Full Tilt Poker with the cooperation of the Department of Justice. Full Tilt Poker will give up all their assets to the US Government who will then transfer them to Poker Stars. This will alleviate them from the charges of civil forfeiture and money laundering. Poker Stars has also agreed to forfeit $ 547,000,00 among other concessions so that similar claims against the company will be dropped.
The biggest news is that Full Tilt Poker players who are owed money by Full Tilt Poker will be repaid within 90 days by Poker Stars.
