Delaware online poker revenue falls to $51,809 in September 2026
Delaware’s regulated online poker market generated $51,809 in revenue in September 2026, the Delaware Lottery reported. That is 22.5% below the $66,867 recorded in September 2025 and 26.6% down on August 2026, when the state took $70,625.
Delaware poker revenue since October 2025
September’s total sits below the monthly average of $61,184 for the last 12 reported months. The peak came in October 2025 at $80,907. The low point followed in May 2026, when revenue fell to $30,739, and June 2026 was barely better at $35,559.
The summer rebound looked promising. Revenue climbed to $61,225 in July 2026 and $70,625 in August, close to the $70,590 of November 2025. September gave much of that back.
The fiscal year, which began in July, tells a similar story. After 3 months the state has taken $183,659, against $206,841 in the same months a year earlier, a decline of 11.2%.

Delaware Park, Harrington and Bally’s Dover in September
Delaware Park remains the largest operator by far. Its $31,585 represented 61% of the state total, down from $39,818 in August and from $46,014 in September 2025. That year-on-year fall of 31.4% was the steepest of the three license holders and accounts for most of the state’s overall decline.
Harrington took $13,296, or 25.7% of the market. It had posted $18,885 in August and $14,646 a year earlier, so September marked a 9.2% drop year on year.
Bally’s Dover was the exception. Its $6,928, a 13.4% share, was 11.6% higher than the $6,207 it reported in September 2025, even though the figure slipped from $11,922 in August.
The totals cover rake and tournament fees, not player numbers or deposits. Delaware shares online poker player pools with Nevada, New Jersey, Michigan, West Virginia and, since 2025, Pennsylvania under the Multi-State Internet Gaming Agreement.
Pennsylvania operates on a far larger scale. The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board reported $2,373,851 in online poker revenue for August 2026, 5.2% below August 2025. Delaware’s total for the same month was $70,625.
