Play Your Way To The WSOP For As Little As $1 in February
A poker player’s calendar revolves around summertime in the sweltering desert of Las Vegas, Nevada.
While it will be another few months before the World Series of Poker opens its doors, now is the time to build and preserve your bankroll. That process starts by winning your seat into the tournaments that have some of the best value.
WSOP.com is making it easy to play your way to Las Vegas with a series of satellites beginning Feb. 11, 2018, and running daily through Feb. 25, 2018.
The first round of satellites is focusing on opening weekend at the World Series of Poker and specifically The Colossus.
Last year, The Colossus III attracted 18,054 players. The eventual winner, Thomas Pomponio, went home a millionaire.
With satellites beginning early in 2018, the expectation for the $565 buy-in tournament is that the field will be even larger than last year’s.
Earn your way to the WSOP for as little as $1
It’s only February, but the excitement for the WSOP is starting to build. Win a seat directly into The Colossus or earn $1,000 in tournament buy-in chips for as little as $10.
Better yet, super satellite your way up the chain starting at just $1.
Give up your Starbucks for a day or two and take a shot for your shot at $1 million.
The Kickoff Weekend Package Satellite
The Kickoff Weekend Package satellite winners will each receive direct entry to the $565 Colossus and a $365 tournament ticket for the no-limit hold’em online bracelet event on WSOP.com.
Players will also receive $1,000 deposited into their online account to help with travel arrangements to attend the WSOP in Nevada.
The $565 The Colossus Satellite
Colossus satellite winners are automatically registered in the event upon providing flight preferences.
There are six starting flights scheduled for June 2 – 4, 2018 and flights are based on availability.
The $1,000 2018 WSOP Seat Satellite
Weekly Sunday $1,000 WSOP seat satellite winners receive $1,000 in tournament buy-in chips. You can use those chips towards the registration fee for any WSOP or WSOP.com tournament.
