Crown Coins new-player bonus
As mentioned earlier, the welcome bonus is one of the biggest reasons to check out Crown Coins Social Casino. Simply create a new account and you’ll get a bonus of both Crown Coins (CC) and Sweepstakes Coins (SC). There’s no need to enter a Crown Coins promo code during sign-up, since the bonus is applied to your account automatically.
Let’s break down the site’s currencies for a moment. Crown Coins cannot be exchanged for real money. They are used for fun, competition among friends, and to help earn you points towards VIP status in Crown Coins’ loyalty program. Sweepstakes Coins, on the other hand, can be exchanged 1:1 with USD once you accrue enough through in-game winnings.
Receiving both forms of currency in the welcome bonus means that players get a full taste of the social casino experience. While playing for Crown Coins is still exhilarating, players who rack up Sweepstakes Coins can convert those funds into cash prizes.

How do I sign up at Crown Coins Casino?
The first thing to do is create a new account (it must be your first and only account on the site). Be sure that you are in a state where Crown Coins operates. That rules out the states that ban sweepstakes casinos and any others excluded in its terms (see the state list below). Also, you must be 18 years of age or older.
Assuming you meet the requirements to play at Crown Coins, follow the below steps to begin your reel-spinning journey.
- Visit the Crown Coins Social Casino homepage and click any “Sign Up” or “Join Now” button.
- A popup will appear asking you to accept the terms of service.
- You will then be prompted to register using your email address or by linking your Google or Facebook account.
- Using Google or Facebook is quicker, as your information will be filled in automatically.
- If you register via email, just provide your email address and create a strong password.
- After registering, you’ll be ready to explore the site and play games.
- You’ll receive your signup bonus GC and a bonus SC instantly, with no Crown Coins Casino promo code needed.
Please note that before you can purchase Crown Coins bundles, you will be asked to provide additional information, such as your phone number, address, name, and birthday. Upon signup, for new users only. No Purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. 19+, except per T&Cs.
How do social and sweepstakes casinos work?
You have almost certainly heard of (or even played at) traditional online casinos, but what about social casinos?
There are some similarities between these two types of sites. Social casinos, like online casinos, allow players to enjoy slots and other games from the comfort of their homes or anywhere they choose. Similar to online casinos, social casinos often provide tools to promote responsible play, such as session time reminders and spending limits for in-app purchases.
However, there are some notable differences. Social casinos are free to play, use virtual currencies, and are legal in most states where online gambling is prohibited.
Social casinos do not require real money deposits. Players can create an account and start playing with the casino’s free virtual currencies. One is a base currency, often called “Gold Coins,” but in this case, it’s called “Crown Coins.”
Social casinos offer a secondary currency that can be exchanged for cash prizes after you’ve won enough. These are often referred to as Sweeps Coins or Sweepstakes Coins (SC) and are typically valued at one coin per dollar when it comes time to make a prize redemption. However, you cannot directly purchase SC. They must be earned through gameplay, contests, promotions, or bonuses from purchasing other virtual currencies or credit packages.
Note that not all social casinos have a cash prize element. As we point out in our BetRivers.net review, that social casino does not contain any prizes at all.
This focus on fun and excitement rather than financial gain makes social casinos appealing. New players typically receive a certain amount of virtual currency upon signing up and can earn or purchase more as they play.
How do I get Crown Coins?
There are various ways to accrue free Crown Coins at this social casino. Here is a list of possibilities.
- Daily Login Bonus: Log in each day for free Crown Coins. The longer your streak, the more free coins you get. Once you hit Day 7, you will get 50,000 Crown Coins!
- Monthly Login Bonus: Crown Coins also tracks your monthly logins. You will get rewards for Day 8, 15, 22, and 30. Once you hit Day 30, the monthly counter resets.
- Refer Friends: For each friend you refer who sets up a new account and purchases at least $15 worth of Crown Coins, you will get a massive 400,000 Crown Coins.
- VIP Club: As you progress through the Crown Coins VIP club, you will receive coin rewards at each level.
- Social Media Giveaways: Follow Crown Coins on all social media platforms to claim free coins during its frequent giveaways.
- Email Promotions: Subscribe to the Crown Coins email marketing program to stay updated on CC giveaways.
How do I get SC at Crown Coins?
Likewise, there are a multitude of methods to get Sweepstakes Coins for free, although in much more limited quantities. Here is a list of how players can get Sweepstakes Coins at no charge.
- Daily Login Bonus: After two straight days of logging in, you will receive 0.5 SC. Logging in for seven days straight will garner you 1.5 SC.
- Monthly Login Bonus: Like the free currency, players get rewards for hitting logins on Days 8, 15, 22, and 30.
- Refer Friends: If your invited friend signs up for a new account and spends at least $15 on a Gold Coins bundle, you will receive a whopping 20 Sweepstakes Coins for the referral.
- VIP Club: At each level of the VIP club, you earn larger quantities of Sweepstakes Coins.
- Social Media Giveaways: Crown Coins has occasional SC giveaways on its Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter) accounts.
- Birthday Giveaways: After you hit the Silver VIP level, you will receive a handful of free SC on your birthday every year.
- Email Promotions: Make sure you are subscribed to Crown Coins’ email promotions so that you do not miss any currency giveaways.
How do I get cash prizes at Crown Coins?
As we have mentioned a few times, Sweepstakes Coins can be exchanged for cash prizes at Crown Coins if you win enough. You can accumulate Sweepstakes Coins, play them on games, and convert the winnings to US Dollars at a 1:1 rate.
A key point to remember is that any Sweepstakes Coins earned as a bonus or as part of a bundle purchase must be wagered at least once before they can be redeemed for a reward. This is typical of sweepstakes casinos; in fact, some make you wager SC more than once before redemption. Additionally, you need a minimum of 50.00 Sweepstakes Coins to make a redemption. This is lower than at competitors, such as Hello Millions and McLuck Casino.
After you meet these conditions, you can redeem your Sweepstakes Coins with a transfer to your verified bank account. There are no fees for this, and the money usually arrives in around three business days. Another option is to send the prize to your Skrill account, which is also fee-free, with the funds landing within a few business days. Crown Coins is also working on a gift card redemption option that will let you convert Sweepstakes Coins into gift cards for your favorite stores and online retailers, though it is still under construction.
Player rewards program
One thing that separates Crown Coins Casino from the competition is an excellent player rewards program that keeps players engaged and having fun on the platform. This program is called the Crown VIP Club. Like other rewards programs, the Crown VIP Club works on a tiered system: the more points you earn, the higher you climb.
At higher levels, players gain benefits like larger daily coin bonuses, premium support, a yearly birthday gift, and much more. At the highest tier (Emerald VIP), you even get a personal account host to facilitate your play at Crown Coins. Of course, the highest levels require significant playing time. Every 100,000 Gold Coins played earns you 1 VIP Point. If you choose to play with Sweepstakes Coins, you will earn 1 VIP point for every 1 SC you play.
Crown Coins Casino mobile app
Although there isn’t a dedicated Crown Coins mobile app right now, you can fully enjoy the Crown Coins social casino experience on your phone or tablet. The developers have ensured that the mobile site is functional and appealing. Keep in mind that slot games might appear slightly smaller on phones, so using a tablet (with its larger screen) can provide a better viewing experience.
One feature we like when playing on the Crown Coins mobile site is the rotating suggestions for topical themed games. For instance, if you play in December, you’ll find a special “Holiday” section featuring slots with Christmas and other winter holiday themes. Additionally, you can easily track your recently played games, making them quickly accessible each time you log in. Finally, mobile players will enjoy the fast and functional search bar that greets them on the homepage. Instead of hunting for a game on a small screen, type the name of your favorite game into the search bar, and you will be spinning the reels in seconds.
The Crown Coins mobile site runs smoothly on both iOS and Android devices. Thus, whether you play Crown Coins on your desktop, laptop, or mobile smart device, you will be greeted with a well-designed interface and optimized usability.
What games can I play at Crown Coins?
Crown Coins social casino features literally hundreds of options for slots enthusiasts to enjoy. A downside to this wealth of slots is that casino games like blackjack, video poker, bingo, and scratch cards are not available. Check out sites like Stake.us and McLuck Casino if you’re looking for those. Crown Coins focuses exclusively on slots, but it does that one thing particularly well.
Here are some of the top slots at Crown Coins social casino today.
Top classic slots
- Marlin Bonanza: Here’s a fun nautical fishing game for all you anglers.
- Mayan Cache: This ancient Mayan-themed slots game was developed by Ruby Play.
- Sugar Rush: Have a sweet time playing this popular candy-themed slot.
- Quest of Gods: Ancient Greek mythology takes center stage in this entertaining slot.
- Elephant Stampede: Ruby Play is behind this popular safari-themed game.
Top jackpot slots
These slot games feature a combined progressive jackpot that increases with each player’s spin. Any of these games can trigger a massive win at any time. When the jackpot is won on any game, the counter resets for all games.
- Fire Hot 5: Four-leaf clovers are wild in this fruit-filled jackpot game.
Top Megaways slots
Megaways slots have a special mechanic that allows players to win money in a huge number of ways, rather than just the standard rows. The number of paylines increases with your wager, and every spin offers an exciting chance to win big.
- Muerto Multiplier: Don’t be scared of winning on this Day of the Dead Megaways game.
- A Christmas Carol : The classic Dickens story comes to life when spinning these Megaways reels.
Crown Coins Casino player support
Customer support is definitely one area where Crown Coins could make some improvements. There is a pretty helpful FAQ section powered by ZenDesk for basic answers. But after you have exhausted this option, you will find that getting help can be a challenge. While many of Crown Coins’ competitors offer an extremely valuable live chat service, this is not present at Crown Coins. We also couldn’t find a dedicated customer service email address.
There is a customer service phone number listed on its website, which is purportedly open during normal operating business hours, but wait times are lengthy. Therefore, the best method of getting in contact with a support agent is to fill out a ticket request on the help page. Someone should respond within 72 hours. Compared to live chat, a three-day wait is not ideal. Plus, if you have to ask a follow-up question, another long wait is even more aggravating.
On the bright side, when we were able to make contact with an agent, the help we got was useful and efficient.
Crown Coins history
Crown Coins is a fairly new entrant to the social casino industry, but it has gained traction quickly. It first launched in July 2023. It is operated by Sunflower Limited, a company headquartered in New Hampshire.
Crown Coins Casino restricted states
Crown Coins Casino runs under promotional sweepstakes law, so where you can play depends on each state’s rules, and that list changes often. These states have passed laws covering online sweepstakes casinos:
- California: AB 831, in force from January 1, 2026
- New York: AB 6745, in force from December 5, 2025
- New Jersey: A 5447, in force from August 15, 2025
- Connecticut: SB 1235, in force from June 11, 2025
- Montana: SB 555, in force from May 12, 2025
- Indiana: HB 1052, in force from July 1, 2026
- Iowa: SF 2289, signed May 15, 2026
- Maine: LD 2007
- Louisiana: HB 883 and HB 53, signed in May 2026
- Tennessee: SB 2136, signed May 22, 2026
- Oklahoma: SB 1589, in force from November 1, 2026
Nevada, Washington, Idaho and Michigan are also excluded by most operators, and the map keeps moving, so check the operator’s terms for your state.
Crown Coins follows these bans, and in some states it offers social play with Crown Coins only, without Sweeps Coins. Its terms list exactly which states get which version.
The operator’s own terms always carry the current list of excluded states, and that list is the one that decides whether you can play. Read it before you register or buy a coin package, and never use a VPN to get around a state block, since that breaks the terms and can void any prize.
Real-money online casinos are legal and licensed only in New Jersey (Division of Gaming Enforcement), Pennsylvania (Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board), Michigan (Michigan Gaming Control Board), West Virginia (West Virginia Lottery), Connecticut (Department of Consumer Protection, Gaming Division), Delaware (Delaware Lottery) and Rhode Island (Rhode Island Lottery). If you live in one of those states, a state-licensed site from our online casino guide gives you the protection of a gaming regulator, which a sweepstakes site does not.
Play responsibly at Crown Coins Casino: age limits and help
You must be 18 or older to play at Crown Coins Casino, and the operator checks your identity before it pays out a cash prize. Free coins do not change the fact that buying coin packages costs real money, so set a budget before you start and use the purchase limits, time-outs and self-exclusion tools in your account settings.
If gambling stops being fun, help is free and confidential. Call 1-800-GAMBLER, or visit the National Council on Problem Gambling, which lists state helplines and treatment services across the US.
