November Big Shots: BetMGM Guarantees $325,000 in Latest Online Series, Mega Satellites Award $4,000 Tournament Packages
Online poker players can take a shot at some serious action starting Sunday. BetMGM is running the Big Shots Online Poker Fest from Nov. 13-27 with $325,000 in guaranteed payouts.
The series runs in all three legalized states. The BetMGM/partypoker US platform is available in these markets:
- New Jersey – partypoker US, BetMGM, and Borgata Poker skins
- Pennsylvania – BetMGM, Borgata Poker
- Michigan – BetMGM
BetMGM Big Shots highlights
Players taking their big shot will find 19 events with buy-ins ranging from $100 to $535. Players will find several tournament types mostly featuring No Limit Hold’em with some Omaha also thrown in.
The schedule is similar in all three states, only with differing guarantees depending on state. The $535 Main Event is a two day affair beginning on Sun. Nov. 20.
In New Jersey and Michigan, the Main Event comes with a $75,000 guarantee. In Pennsylvania, players will find a $50,000 guarantee. Beyond the Main Event, other highlights include:
- $215 NLHE Eight-Max (Event 1, Nov. 13) – $40,000 guaranteed in NJ, MI; $30,000 in PA
- $215 Pot Limit Omaha (Event 8, Nov. 16) – $15,000 guaranteed in NJ, MI; $12,000 in PA
- $320 NLHE PKO (Event 10, Nov. 17) – $20,000 guaranteed in NJ, MI; $15,000 in PA
- $535 NLHE Six-Max (Event 13, Nov. 19) – $30,000 guaranteed in NJ, MI; $25,000 in PA
Players will also find daily satellites with plenty of opportunities to qualify at a reduced price point. On Nov. 12 and 13, that includes a $400 mega satellite. BetMGM, Borgata announce ‘The Return’ 
BetMGM and Borgata recently announced plans for a major series Jan. 4-8 at the Atlantic City property. The series adds to BetMGM’s online/live branded events and marks the return of high stakes tournament series to Borgata.
