How do I sign up at SweepSlots?
Creating a new SweepSlots account takes just a few minutes. Provided you’re at least 18 years old and don’t reside in Washington, Delaware, Kentucky or Idaho, head over to the SweepSlots site and hit the “Register” button located in the upper left corner of the page. Alternatively, you can log in with your Facebook credentials to speed things along.
If you’re not using Facebook, type in a password and username of your choice, add your email, name, gender, birth date, telephone number, and residential address. Be aware that the information you enter must match the data on your driver’s license or other government identification.
Next, select a security question and provide the answer, then type in a Captcha code. After you agree to the site’s legal documents and other preferences, tap the “Register” button to complete the process.
Once that’s complete, SweepSlots will send you an email with a confirmation link. Use the link to confirm your email address, log in to the site, enter a site nickname and you’re all set.
How do sweepstakes casinos work?
Sweep Slots is legal in most states in the US, even though many of those states have not passed legislation to legalize online gambling. SweepSlots is able to offer cash prizes due to its sweepstakes-based business model. Let’s go over how it works.
You cannot buy SweepsCoins. The site will only give them away for free. This makes them the legal equivalent of a sweepstakes entry. By themselves, SweepsCoins have no monetary worth, just like Gold Coins. But if you use Sweeps Coins in a game of chance, you can redeem any winnings for cash prizes. It’s the same thing as winning a prize in sweepstakes drawing, similar to those held by Publishers Clearing House.
You can also play games just for fun with GoldCoins. Both GoldCoins and Gold Coin winnings have no value, all you can use them for is to play more games. You can, however, buy more GoldCoins, and those will come bundled with free Sweeps Coins. That’s how you can legally win cash prizes playing online casino games using essentially play money.
How do I get SweepsCoins?
On top of the sign-up bonus, there are three regular ways you can get additional SweepsCoins:
- Bundled with Gold Coin packages.
- Daily bonus when you log in (0.5 SC and 500 GC daily).
- A written request by USPS mail.
As we mentioned, you’ll receive free SweepsCoins when you buy GoldCoin packages. Additionally, once a day when you log in to your account, you can claim an additional.5 SC and 500 GC. Note that the site will display your GoldCoin balance by default when you log in. Click the switch at the top of the page to toggle over to SweepsCoin mode.
SweepSlots will also give you a number of free SweepsCoins when you send a request via mail. Address your request to Regal Technologies, 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DE 19958. Be sure to check with player support before you send your letter to see if there are any details that you’ll need to include.
In addition, you might receive random “achievement” awards of free SweepsCoins while playing games. These awards may need you to accept or activate them before they kick in, and they may also come with steep playthrough requirements.
During our review of SweepSlots, we picked up a couple of five-SweepsCoin awards that each carried a 100x playthrough requirement, meaning 500 Sweeps Coins worth of spins were needed to clear one. If you accept one of these achievement awards by accident, it’s worth reaching out to customer service to find out whether it can be canceled.
All SweepsCoins are good for only 60 days from your previous login, whether SweepSlots gave them to you or you won them.
How do I get GoldCoins at SweepSlots?
You’ll get a daily bonus of 500 GoldCoins every day when you log in. SweepSlots online casino also sells GoldCoin packages starting at $10. To do so, select one of the “Deposit” buttons on the homepage and select a payment method.
You can make purchases using Skrill, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and Discover.
Note that you must set up your Skrill account before you can use it as a payment method. Visit the Skrill website and add money from your personal bank via ACH e-check or use other available banking options to fund your Skrill wallet. You will need to respond “No” when asked if you want to use your Skrill wallet to fund an online gambling site. SweepSlots is a sweepstakes site, not a gambling site.
How do I get cash prizes?
Remember, you can’t redeem the Sweeps Coins that SweepSlots gives you for cash prizes. You need to use those SweepsCoins to play games first. If you win SweepsCoins from playing, those are the ones that you can redeem for cash prizes.
To cash in any SweepsCoins you’ve won playing games, you’ll need to have at least 50 in your balance. To begin, tap “Redeem” at the top of the screen. Generally, you will need to use the banking option that you used to pay for Gold Coins. If you haven’t already made a purchase, you may need to use a personal bank account.
Keep in mind that all online gambling sites will require you to upload documents that prove you own the bank account you plan to use to make a redemption, such as a copy of your bank statement that shows your full name and a recent utility bill that shows your current address. SweepSlots will let you know what documentation is necessary.
SweepSlots will conduct an internal review to guard against fraud, just like all online gaming sites, and that could take as long as 10 days to complete. Also, be aware that both SweepSlots and Skrill may charge you a fee to process your prize redemption. Check with customer service for more information.
Player rewards program
In its first month of operation, SweepSlots did not offer any promotions for established patrons other than a variety of discounts on Gold Coin packages. Be sure to check the SweepSlots promotions page often to see if new offers are on tap.
The SweepSlots loyalty program, also in its infancy, doesn’t do a whole lot for players yet. It might be a good idea to hang on to any loyalty points you earn until later down the road in case of benefits improve.
At this point, you can use your loyalty points to get more free Sweeps Coins in the VIP Store, but they come with a 100x playthrough requirement. If you accept an offer and then discover that you can’t meet the requirement, contact customer service for help with canceling the commitment.
SweepSlots app
The SweepSlots online platform is built on HTML5, which means that it is entirely web-based. There is no native SweepSlots Casino app for iOS or Android devices and tablets, but you’ll be able to use a mobile or full-sized web browser to access the site on the go or from your own home.
As a new site, SweepSlots is built well. You’re not likely to have many problems if any, while playing games. Of course, Wi-Fi connections are always better when playing slots at any online casino.
Note that you can toggle between Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin play by clicking the switch up top next to your balance. You’ll find the switch set to Gold Coins by default when you log in.
What games can I play on SweepSlots?
A month after launch, SweepSlots offered 20-plus slots, progressive jackpot games, scratch-off instant winners, and two keno games: Las Vegas and Golden Egg.
It will likely continue to release games, with the hottest new titles appearing on the banner across the top of the homepage, so be sure to check back often for updates. According to the site, we can expect more link-style slots, classic keno games, instant-win scratch games and maybe even blackjack on the way.
You can change between Gold Coin and Sweeps Coin play via the toggle switch at the top of the screen, or within the games themselves. If you’re not sure what currency you’re using when in a game, it’s easy to tell the difference. Gold Coin games will show a “Spin” icon, and Sweeps Coins games will show a “Reveal” icon.
Slot titles share three progressive jackpots, with mini, mega, and major prizes. Most games use the classic three-reel, five-row grid.
Mafia Hunt offers three progressive jackpots. Trigger the bonus game with at least three scatter symbols to get 15 free spins. Five or more scatters will give you 40 respins with a win multiplier of 3x. There’s also a side game where you get to pick from a bunch of cups to reveal rewards. Keep picking to add to your reward until you reveal the “collect” cup. Here are a number of other games to try:
LuxuriouSlot- Fruit Mania
- Pirate’s Treasure Hunt
- Gifts of Christmas
- Secret Agent Triple Jackpots
- Wild Bears Treasure
- Mystic Gems
- Western
- Heist
SweepSlots player support
SweepSlots customer service operates 24/7 via support ticket, email ([email protected] or [email protected]), and phone at 800-416-6788.
There is also a very brief FAQ (via a link at the bottom of the screen) and a tutorial video (click the “How to Play” link). Plus, it’s always a good idea to check out every site’s terms and conditions (also available via a link at the bottom of the screen).
To use the support ticket system, you’ll need to include your site username, full name, and a full description of your problem, including the day and time.
SweepSlots history
Operated and owned by Regal Technologies, SweepSlots launched at the end of October in 2021. Other online sweepstakes casinos use similar dual currency systems, but SweepSlots offers all new, in-house games. The site is also one of the few sweepstakes casinos to offer a loyalty program.
As is the case with all sweepstakes casinos, you don’t have to buy anything in order to play SweepSlots for fun with Gold Coins or for the chance to win real prizes with Sweeps Coins. SweepSlots gives away both Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins, but you can buy more Gold Coins if you run out, and those packages will include free Sweeps Coins.
SweepSlots games are available nearly everywhere in the US. are the only exceptions, as it isn’t legal for businesses to hold promotional sweepstakes contests there.
Other states may limit the number of real money prizes that players can legally win from sweepstakes casinos, so be sure to look over the terms and conditions to see if special laws apply to you.
SweepSlots restricted states
SweepSlots runs under promotional sweepstakes law, so where you can play depends on each state’s rules, and that list changes often. These states have passed laws covering online sweepstakes casinos:
- California: AB 831, in force from January 1, 2026
- New York: AB 6745, in force from December 5, 2025
- New Jersey: A 5447, in force from August 15, 2025
- Connecticut: SB 1235, in force from June 11, 2025
- Montana: SB 555, in force from May 12, 2025
- Indiana: HB 1052, in force from July 1, 2026
- Iowa: SF 2289, signed May 15, 2026
- Maine: LD 2007
- Louisiana: HB 883 and HB 53, signed in May 2026
- Tennessee: SB 2136, signed May 22, 2026
- Oklahoma: SB 1589, in force from November 1, 2026
Nevada, Washington, Idaho and Michigan are also excluded by most operators, and the map keeps moving, so check the operator’s terms for your state.
SweepSlots itself is no longer an option in any state. The site went dark on June 20, 2025, days after the operator, Regal Technologies, launched a memecoin, and players reported unpaid redemptions. If you are looking for a sweepstakes site that is still running, start with our sweepstakes casino guide.
The operator’s own terms always carry the current list of excluded states, and that list is the one that decides whether you can play. Read it before you register or buy a coin package, and never use a VPN to get around a state block, since that breaks the terms and can void any prize.
Real-money online casinos are legal and licensed only in New Jersey (Division of Gaming Enforcement), Pennsylvania (Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board), Michigan (Michigan Gaming Control Board), West Virginia (West Virginia Lottery), Connecticut (Department of Consumer Protection, Gaming Division), Delaware (Delaware Lottery) and Rhode Island (Rhode Island Lottery). If you live in one of those states, a state-licensed site from our online casino guide gives you the protection of a gaming regulator, which a sweepstakes site does not.
Play responsibly at SweepSlots: age limits and help
You must be 18 or older to play at SweepSlots, and the operator checks your identity before it pays out a cash prize. Free coins do not change the fact that buying coin packages costs real money, so set a budget before you start and use the purchase limits, time-outs and self-exclusion tools in your account settings.
If gambling stops being fun, help is free and confidential. Call 1-800-GAMBLER, or visit the National Council on Problem Gambling, which lists state helplines and treatment services across the US.
