WSOP Nevada Online Poker Action During Series
The World Series of Poker is days away. There are also smaller tournament series being held at Orleans, Binion’s Golden Nugget, Bellagio, Planet Hollywood, Venetian, Wynn, and Aria. Tens of thousands of poker players will visit Las Vegas during this time.
Many of these players are travelling from states that do not have regulated online poker. Some visitors will be from states that have laws that even make the most renegade offshore sites avoid them.
WSOP.com will make sure that players at Rio know that its services are available. The site went all out last year in a marketing blitz that included stations where players could create an account before it launched. There were arrows in the tile and on the walls pointing players to the signup desks. The tournament rooms were covered in WSOP.com branding. This year will be no different.
Players looking to take a break from the live tables will have another option this year. There will be a “Grind Room” where players may sign in to their WSOP.com account and play online poker without having to leave the Rio Convention Center. Players looking to get completely away from Rio will be able to play in hotel rooms and anywhere else that has a wireless internet connection.
There will be more reasons to play online poker at WSOP.com than just a change of pace from live action.

Rio Cage Deposits
One of the biggest complaints from WSOP players in Nevada has been the lack of cash deposits at a casino cage. WSOP will resolve this situation by accepting cash deposits at the Rio cages. This service starts on May 27.
Cash withdrawals will not be immediately available. WSOP.com is hoping to add these transactions during the WSOP. Players will be able to withdraw to a bank account or by check while waiting on cash withdrawals to launch.
First Deposit/Reload Bonus
WSOP.com will raise its deposit bonus from 100% up to $400 to 100% up to $1,000 once the WSOP kicks off on May 27. The bonus clears at a rate of $10 for every $50 in contributed rake paid. Players have 60 days to clear the bonus.
Players depositing cash at Rio will qualify for a 100% up to $1,000 bonus. The offer is available to new and existing players, even if the first deposit bonus offer was already claimed. The reload bonus terms are the same as the first deposit bonus.
Make Sure to Bring Laptop to Las Vegas
WSOP in Nevada does not yet offer mobile apps. This means a laptop will be required to play. WSOP.com supports Windows and Mac platforms.
